A Database System for Metamodeling and Method Engineering
ConceptBase.cc is a multi-user deductive and object-oriented database system for metamodeling and method engineering. Includes a graphical client that builds upon the logic-based features of the ConceptBase.cc server. The data model is O-Telos.
ConceptBase.cc can represent information at the data level (example data, traces of process executions etc.), the class level (schemas, process definitions etc.), the metaclass level (constructs of modeling languages), the meta-metaclass level...
Syntax tree editor for rapid annotation of existing text
Linguistic Tree Constructor (LTC) is a tool for drawing lingusitic syntax trees of already-existing text.
It is a syntax editor, not a text editor, so the text has to exist already. It is best suited for large-scale, rapid creation of hand-annotated treebanks.
The user can define their own node categories, and can label each node with labels, also definable by the user. LTC supports "generic", X-Bar and RRG trees.
Supports interlinear texts in SIL SFM format.
EYE [1] is a reasoning engine supporting the Semantic Web layers [2].
It performs controlled chaining and it supports Euler paths [3].
Via N3 [4] it is interoperable with Cwm [5].

Flora-2 is a powerful knowledge representation and reasoning system designed for building knowledge-intensive applications. It is based on F-logic, HiLog, Transaction Logic, and also supports defeasible reasoning. Applications include intelligent agents, Semantic Web, ontology management, and more.
If you use Flora-2 and like it, please acknowledge it in your project!
Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to common software tasks, using First Order Logic; N3, OWL ontologies and rules. Enables component-based application building, platform independence, user-friendliness. Leverage on Euler inference engine + GUI.
A lightweight IDE for Artificial Intelligence. Started as GUI for the Euler reasoning engine. The sources can be N3, RDF, OWL, UML, eCore, plain XML or XSD, files or URL's. Wraps Drools (or CWM, FuXi) as N3 rules engines. Model based app. generation.

JIProlog is a cross-platform pure Java 100% Prolog interpreter that integrates Prolog and Java languages in a very fashinating way.
JIProlog is compliant with the major Prolog interpreters. It supports most of ISO Prolog specifications and the most common and used built-in predicates,
JIProlog allows to call Prolog predicates from Java without dealing with native code (JNI or JNA) and allows to invoke Java...
JinnIde is a plugin that allows using Jinni Prolog, now also hosted here on this site (with open source license!), within the confines of an IDE integrated in JEdit.
Striven is an all-in-one business management software suite with everything your organization needs for success.
Striven is the all-in-one business management software that lowers your costs, improves your operations, and makes work easier. Make your company’s data coherent, connected, and relevant.
A 100% Java Warren Abstract Machine implementation.
jWAM is a 100% Java Warren Abstract Machine implementation. Currently it is still under development though all the basic functionalities (compiling, resolution) are working. As far as I know this is the only opensourceJava based implementation out there that does not simplify Warren's design.
I have done some comparison's with other Java based Prolog engine's and jWAM does seem to outperform them all quite well (tuProlog, JLog, JIP, jTrolog). ...
Cedalion is a programming language that allows its users to add new abstractions and define (and use) internal DSLs. Its innovation is in the fact that it uses projectional editing to allow the new abstractions to have no syntactic limitations.
ReSpecT (Reaction Specification Tuples) is a logic-based language for distributed system coordination. ReSpecT is based on a coordination model exploiting tuple centres as first-class, general-purpose coordination media.
OpenSHORE is an XML based Semantic Document Repository (SDR) with a free definable meta model that builds up a semantic network from sections and relations in documents. The acronym SHORE means Semantic Hypertext Object Repository.
ProDT is a Prolog Integrated Development Environment (IDE) aiming to be as rich in functionality as the Eclipse's java IDE, and to support any standard Prolog implementation. Currently is being supported SWI Prolog, B-Prolog and XSB Prolog
Extrospective agent program is a software agent architecture extending the well known BDI paradigm. This project is in collaboration with A&A framework by Alessandro Ricci, and Jason agent programming project by Jomi F. Hübner and Rafael H. Bordin.
Component (library, framework) refactoring may affect existing applications, where the client code used previous component versions. Our tool preserves applications binary-compatible by generating an adaptation layer out of change history.
JLog is a Prolog interpreter written in Java. It is fast and perfectly suited for education. It includes source editor, query panels, online help, animation primitives, and a GUI debugger. JScriptLog is Prolog in JavaScript.
A framework for building, deploying and managing well-described REST-ful Web services, including REST-ful Web Services realizations for RSS, XML Topic Maps, Structured Arguments, and Workflow.
The CommGen platform is intended to be a simple, scalable integration platform
for small to medium problem sets. The architecture is simple, consisting of a
distributed kernel, distributed O/S, agent and application layer.
OpenESM project to promote software development of enterprise systems management. Focus areas are (Performance and Availability, Configuration Management, Data Warehousing, Reporting and Correlation).
