Hi There!

I've noticed that after a long period of running (like more than 2 hours or so), jhttp2 runs out of memory.

I'm running JHTTPP2 on Windows 2000 with the Java SDK.
The Java interpreter returns version 1.3.0. When I use
the proxy with a Windows NT client, the server holds
on to the last roughly 5k of a download for 60
seconds, then finishes. I guess the JVM isn't flushing
the last bit of data to the client until it times out.
