Even worse - I created 3 empty dummy files to avoid this problem, but after pasting to window A and B, window C is disappearing by itself!
This should be considered a bug!

Actually, it's meaningless without full edit of any of the compared files.
This is why I use windiff + wine.

Four years later, I add the same request. Allow an independent color setting for spaces & tabs, the way that VS Code does this when you have whitespacing showing is nice. It's a darkish gray color, which makes the chars visible, but only when you look really closely.

Not sure whether kdiff3 is still maintained, but if it is: can you please add a feature that allows me to jump to a line, e.g. with CTRL-G. This looks for me as a useful feature.

print to pdf?

I'm using kdiff3 Version 0.9.98 (64 bit). I'd like to print to a file, but the only option is in .prn format. The standard file.prn -> file.ps (rename) -> ps2pdf (part of gs) just crashes. I would like the option to directly print from kdiff3 to a pdf file. Thanks.
