KeePass will open without a database. Select
File>Open>Open File...
from the KeePass menu. Navigate to, and select your kdbx file. When prompted for the Master Key, enter it. If the Master Key is correct, your password database will open.

Comments:

You should not save your password database (kdbx file) in the XSL folder, or anywhere within the KeePass application folder structure. Save the kdbx file in a folder in your Documents directory, or other location where you save user documents.

KDBX files are password databases for KeePass 2.x, not KeePass 1.x

The "Enter Master Key" dialog image that you posted is for KeePass 2.x, not KeePass 1.33

The current version of KeePass 2.x is KeePass 2.36. If possible, you should use the latest version of KeePass.

I moved the KDBX files in the map XSL and downloaded KeePass 1.33 on my new computer. Moved the files but nothing happens. What to do next?
