Audio Encoding Error

MiniCoder keeps failing while encoding my video.

System keeps saying it added a Errorlog.zip folder in "My Documents" but I could not find the folder anywhere in any of my Document folders on my PC. Here is the error in the logs.

Help i've been updated minicoder and all the plugin from the minicoder updater, but i get an error when encoding.

i update all the fillter in the coder ,and tried many sittings but all have the same error
valdec.exe has stopped working
