So I create one for the holotype.</p> <p>But when I go here:<br /> .../12/taxon_name/show_type_material/25871<br /> I can see that there's already specimen that is designated as holotype (mx_id: 440). So I delete my duplicate holotype and use specimen 440. Is it possible to reveal these "hidden" specimens in a search on the specimens page? I suppose they don't show because they have "no determinations"? Seems like designating a specimen as a type counts as a determination. </p></div>

I have examples if you need one.</p></div>
