I go to create user, enter the info and hit next. I get a window with a spin cursor in it and some indication that the operation is in inprogress, but it's already done and the text box says that.

This is just a UI issue but it does add some confusion. Note that on my system the tools and PostgreSQL are on the same machine, so its of course fast.
