but with one trivial test something would crash, output<br />
a lot of high-bit text, then the text: "SHUTTING DOWN".</p>
<p>Not sure what it is crashing - PHP or Apache - but by<br />
removing all flush() calls in PHPunit it no longer<br />
occurred.</p>
