Recent changes to support-requests

Cannot run program.

Index.php page displays. When I attempt to log in with
'admin' and 'phpwims' as the instructions say. The URL
ends in error=3 and nothing happens. Cannot find any
documentation for this program. The page on
sourceforge.net is restricted i am denied access.

Start problem

Hi!

After installing phpwims I'm not able to start the index.php. I
always get an error:

Warning: Failed
opening '/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/phpwims/index.php' for
inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in Unknown on
line 0

The path ".:/usr/share/php" exists, the MySQL tables are
created.

PHP: version 4.0.6
MySQL: version 3.23.44

Any ideas?
