When starting the process dashboard the following error is displayed in a dialog: ======================================================================================= When reading the files which define process templates, the dashboard encountered the following error\(s\): -Could not parse null; \[1,1\] Unknown token: Errors in process templates are generally critical. It is recommended that you shut down the dashboard immediately and correct the errors\(s\) listed above before using the dashboard further. ====================================================================================== This started happening after the Process Dashboard was tracking time and my laptop battery was inadvertently unplugged from my laptop. When I rebooted my machine and started the Process Dashboard, the indicated error appeared. This error now appears every time I start the Process Dashboard.

Windows XP, process dashboard 10.1 using MSVDM as a virtual display manager, two headed system. I see cases when the process dashboard main window refuses to refresh and I'm stuck with a blank window or a window that reflects the contents of a window that had occluded it.
