allow auto reconnect on dropped connection

Today, with a dropped connection, user sees this message:

"Error while waiting for server message"

Instead of that vague message, that doesn't even say to which server the connection was lost.

The suggestion is to offer an auto-reconnect, similar to tigervnc. This autoconnect can be fully automated, or user enabled. If auto, then it will try say 5 times in 2 minutes, beyond that show the failure, or similar auto-reconnect ability.

This is extremely useful when working on 10+ servers, not knowing which failed, and trying to re-establish the link, getting server name right + password.

(1) Address limitations in the experimental -via and -tunnel options implemented in the Windows TurboVNC Viewer (such as the inability to use the feature with PuTTY.)

(2) Investigate using libssh in the native viewer to provide a more integrated solution.

(3) Provide GUI support for the SSH tunneling features.

(4) Add support for using external SSH binaries with the -via and -tunnel features in the Java viewer.

Implement X Composite extension in Xvnc

Needed in order to support the new compositing window managers in Fedora and Ubuntu. It may also be necessary to either fix whatever remaining issues exist between VirtualGL and said compositing window managers or to implement a software GLX extension.

Needed in order to support modern Linux applications and also to get rid of the XKL_XMODMAP_DISABLE hack that has proven necessary in some cases to avoid key mapping issues with certain Gnome releases.

Improve the performance of the Windows TurboVNC Viewer

(1) Implement the same benchmark mechanism that the Java viewer has.

(2) Establish a baseline performance level with the Windows viewer as-is.

(3) Compare to the (now obsolete) Unix native viewer, which was our performance gold standard.

(4) Attempt to apply some of the decoding optimizations that never fully made it over from the Unix viewer.

(5) Attempt to pipeline the drawing and decoding of frames using multiple threads in order to improve performance.
