This file is capable of creating tools in Python (preferably written using the tkinter graphical interface), but to do so, you need to have the latest version of Python installed on your computer. In addition, you must install pyinstaller using the command pip install pyinstaller to be entered in CMD. Note, if you're downloading the compiled exe instead of the Python files that it has been "frozen" with pyInstaller. The way the exe is formed sometimes makes virus sofware suspicious (try googling "windows blocked pyinstaller" for info). If you feel better about not using the exe just download Python 3 and use the python files. The doomstarter.pyw file is the entrypoint.
