    ShredOS

    ShredOS

Shredos Disk Eraser 64 bit for all Intel 64 bit processors

For all Intel and compatible 64 & 32 bit processors. ShredOS is a USB bootable (BIOS or UEFI) small linux distribution with the sole purpose of securely erasing the entire contents of your disks using the program nwipe. If you are familiar with dwipe from DBAN then you will feel right at home with ShredOS and nwipe. What are the advantages of nwipe over dwipe/DBAN? Well as everybody probably knows, DBAN development stopped in 2015 which means it has not received any further bug fixes or support for new hardware since that date. ...

    Boxedwine

    Boxedwine

Emulator that can run 32-bit Windows programs/games

...The project is written primarily in C++ and leverages SDL for graphics and input handling, providing a flexible runtime capable of supporting a wide range of applications. It supports both 16-bit and 32-bit Windows programs, along with graphics APIs such as OpenGL, Direct3D, and Vulkan for rendering. One of its key innovations is portability, as it can run in environments that traditionally cannot support Wine, including browser-based deployments. While performance and compatibility vary depending on the application, it continues to evolve with improvements in memory usage and execution speed.

    Smaller C

    Smaller C

    Simple C compiler

Smaller C is a simple and small single-pass C compiler, currently supporting most of the C language common between C89/ANSI C and C99 (minus some C89 and plus some C99 features). Currently, it generates 16-bit and 32-bit 80386+ assembly code for NASM that can then be assembled and linked into DOS, Windows, Linux and Mac OS X programs. (You may use YASM or FASM instead of NASM) Code generation for MIPS CPUs is also supported (primarily for RetroBSD). The compiler is capable of compiling itself. The core compiler comes with a preprocessor (ucpp), a linker, and a compiler driver (the driver invokes the preprocessor, the core compiler, the assembler, and the linker and supports options similar to those of gcc).

    AIMET

    AIMET

AIMET is a library that provides advanced quantization and compression

...Quantized inference is significantly faster than floating point inference. For example, models that we’ve run on the Qualcomm® Hexagon™ DSP rather than on the Qualcomm® Kryo™ CPU have resulted in a 5x to 15x speedup. Plus, an 8-bit model also has a 4x smaller memory footprint relative to a 32-bit model. However, often when quantizing a machine learning model (e.g., from 32-bit floating point to an 8-bit fixed point value), the model accuracy is sacrificed.

    bitnet.cpp

    bitnet.cpp

Official inference framework for 1-bit LLMs

...The project’s focus on extreme quantization dramatically reduces memory footprint and energy consumption compared with traditional 16-bit or 32-bit LLMs, making it practical to deploy advanced language understanding and generation models on everyday machines. BitNet is built to scale across architectures, with configurable kernels and tiling strategies that adapt to different hardware, and it supports large models with impressive throughput even on modest resources.

    RawTherapee

    RawTherapee

A powerful cross-platform raw photo processing program

RawTherapee is a powerful, cross-platform raw photo processing application targeted at enthusiast and semi-professional photographers who want deep control over image development. It’s written primarily in C++ with a GTK+ front-end, providing a high-precision 32-bit floating-point processing engine along with multiple demosaicing algorithms and advanced color-management features. The program supports a very wide range of camera raw formats (via a patched version of dcraw) as well as non-raw formats such as JPEG, TIFF, and PNG. Users can work non-destructively: adjustments are previewed but stored separately (sidecar files) and only applied during export, which allows experimentation without altering originals. ...

    BitNet

    BitNet

BitNet: Scaling 1-bit Transformers for Large Language Models

BitNet is a machine learning research implementation that explores extremely low-precision neural network architectures designed to dramatically reduce the computational cost of large language models. The project implements the BitNet architecture described in research on scaling transformer models using extremely low-bit quantization techniques. In this approach, neural network weights are quantized to approximately one bit per parameter, allowing models to operate with far lower memory usage than traditional 16-bit or 32-bit neural networks. The architecture introduces specialized layers such as BitLinear, which replace standard linear projections in transformer networks with quantized operations. ...

    IRremote Arduino Library

    IRremote Arduino Library

Infrared remote library for Arduino, send and receive infrared signals

This library enables you to send and receive using infra-red signals on an Arduino. You can use any pin for sending now like you are used to receiving. Simultaneous sending and receiving. See the SendAndReceive example. No more need to use 32-bit hex values in your code. Instead, a (8 bit) command value is provided for decoding (as well as a 16-bit address and a protocol number). Protocol values comply to protocol standards, i.e. NEC, Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, and JVC decode and send LSB first. Supports more protocols, since adding a protocol is quite easy now. Better documentation and more examples. ...

Linux Userspace x86 Emulator targeted at ARM Linux devices

Box86 lets you run x86 Linux programs (such as games) on non-x86 Linux systems, like ARM (the host system needs to be 32bit little-endian). Because box86 uses the native versions of some “system” libraries, like libc, libm, SDL, and OpenGL, it’s easy to integrate and use with most applications, and performance can be surprisingly high in some cases. Many games already work without much tweaking, for example WorldOfGoo, Airline Tycoon Deluxe, and FTL. Many of the GameMaker Linux games also...

    frugally-deep

    frugally-deep

A lightweight header-only library for using Keras (TensorFlow) models

Use Keras models in C++ with ease. A lightweight header-only library for using Keras (TensorFlow) models in C++. Works out-of-the-box also when compiled into a 32-bit executable. (Of course, 64 bit is fine too.) Avoids temporarily allocating (potentially large chunks of) additional RAM during convolutions (by not materializing the im2col input matrix). Utterly ignores even the most powerful GPU in your system and uses only one CPU core per prediction. Quite fast on one CPU core, and you can run multiple predictions in parallel, thus utilizing as many CPUs as you like to improve the overall prediction throughput of your application/pipeline.
