The compiler will be free to be downloaded, but can one make and sell (or do whatever) with that free-for-download compiler? Borland has its Win32 C++ compiler free for download but it has a large license agreement which leaves me the impression that you can not make commercial programs with it and sell them (or have them free for download, it is the same thing).
