Dagger "the cutting edge" is a nuts and bolts web engine / CMS (Content Management System) , aimed more to developers than webmasters.
It's more customizable than ordinary content management systems.

Features

  • No JavaScript required (it includes some non-vital JavaScript functions)
  • Works on PHP 7
  • DB agnostic
  • Supports HTTPS
