Just choose BTRFS as filesystem and at next boot Snapshots will be available for restore to a previous system state.
OpenDesktop is just a customization of MX Linux (https://mxlinux.org)
* based on MX Linux 23
* KDE Plasma & Xfce desktop environments (BTRFS Snapshots at boot time only available with KDE version)
* highlighted title and border for active window
* system snapshots available at boot (if BTRFS is used during installation)
