Just put it on a stick, had to figure out that the path must be corrected if it is on a subdirectory on the stick. Started it as administrator in Win 8.1, works. Very very good job done!

It's real portable and it's fantastic. All you need if the files aren't on Usb root is to change the default paths in the settings menu (gear button). Then click on "Update Server Files". I love it !!!! But .... is it opensource ?????
