I am not a developer but I tracked and tested bugs for 15 years. This little application is just incredible. No, it's not ClearDDTS, GNATS, or Mantis, but darn if it isn't ingenious. It is perfect for SMALL teams as it states. If I was smart I'd somehow transform this into an application that uses sqlite and the jlhttp jar (from freeutils.net), but being just as easy to install and run.
