Administrative User Interface for a Field Observation Server:
It's a administrative web app built with Django for storing citizen science data and has support for uploading the collected data to an RESTful archive server. It has features including (1) registration of contributors; (2) a new GUI to allow scientists with minimal computer knowledge to add, sort, and delete observations; (3) support for uploading a photo to a specific observation; (4) support for displaying GPS information in a map field; (5) support for validating the correctness of the format of the observation data; (6) support for uploading a selected subset of observation data via Internet to a private server for preservation.

This SourceForge project is hosting the VirtualBox version of the web app under Gentoo Linux OS.
